Please note that all items you see on our website are handmade and MADE TO ORDER. Therefore, they require 2–10 business days to be created. Sameday will then ship within 24–48 hours within Romania.

Alexandra Şipa reminds you that all items on the website are 100% Made in Bucharest, Romania, handcrafted by our artisans. Production may take up to 15 business days if the raw materials required to create the ordered items are temporarily unavailable. It is not possible to know the exact delivery time during the production phase.

We will send you an email with the tracking number to track your order as soon as it has been shipped by us.

For standard international deliveries we use our national postal service and delivery could take between 5-14 business days depending on your location.

For express international deliveries, DPD or DHL will deliver express shipments within 24–48 business hours and standard shipments within 2–4 business days.
