Your use of our website and purchase of any of our products is subject to these terms and conditions and by using our website and/or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact our customer service via email info@alexandrasipa.com before placing your order with us.
We may amend these terms from time to time, but any changes to these terms will not affect any order already made by you. Every time you wish to use our website, please check these terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time. These terms were most recently updated on 7 May 2024.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the terms of service. You can review the most current version of the terms of service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these terms of service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
BUYING PRODUCTS ON OUR WEBSITE
You may place an order for the products on the website by following the various prompts on screen to add a product to your basket. When you have placed all the products you wish to purchase into your basket you may proceed to the check-out area of the website and submit your order to us by clicking the “Proceed to checkout” button.
After placing an order with us, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted.
We require payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us and availability of the product you have ordered is verified, we will send you an email confirming that your order has been accepted and has been dispatched. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us in relation to the purchase of those products.
AVAILABILITY
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible, before accepting your order, if the goods you have ordered are not available.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices on the Alexandra ȘIPA E-SHOP are given in RON, EUR and USD, depending on your selection and are shown inclusive of Romanian sales tax (VAT) at the current rate of 19% but exclusive of delivery costs. Please see the SHIPPING Section for current delivery options and costs.
Please note Alexandra ȘIPA has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country and for which you will be liable.
You must pay by debit or credit card or by using PayPal, at the time of the order.
You should be aware that online payment transactions are subject to validation checks by your card issuer and we are not responsible if your card issuer declined to authorise payment for any reason. Please note, it is possible that your card issuer may charge you an online handling fee or processing fee - we are not responsible for this.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.
DELIVERY
The products will be delivered to the delivery address specified by you on the order form. You must therefore ensure its accuracy. Please ensure the address you provide is one where our delivery service can obtain a signature upon delivery of your shipment.
Products within the same order cannot be delivered to different addresses.If you wish to change your shipping address, please contact our Client Services team at info@alexandrasipa.com. Your order's shipping address can only be changed before the order has shipped.
You will not always be required to pay duties or import tax, but it is important that you make yourself aware of the duties and thresholds that may apply in your country in case you are charged to avoid any surprises.
We are not held liable for any customs fees in your country, holding times, unclaimed parcels or incorrect shipping information provided.
If you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
For most products bought online you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days of receiving the products and receive a refund. Please note, this right will not apply to personalised items or goods which have been made to a customer's specification.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract by emailing us at info@alexandrasipa.com.
When notifying us, you should provide your name, home address details of your order, and where available, your phone number and email address.
Refunds for returns are only permitted only for full price items. All sale or promotional items are considered final sale and will not be eligible for refunds and/or returns under any and all circumstances.
When we process a return, the money will be refunded to the payment method initially used to purchase the item.
Please note that customer must arrange their own shipping method and pay for their own shipping cost for returning the products
When we process the refund, we will return the price stated on our website at the time of the purchase, excluding any shipping costs.
The shipping cost and duties for the return will need to be paid for by you.
Please note you are responsible for the return shipping and we highly advise you to obtain proof of postage in the form of a tracking number and keep the receipt and details. Alexandra ȘIPA is not responsible for any returns or exchanges that fail to reach us.
Once we receive your returned product(s) we will be more than happy to offer you a refund or exchange provided the products are returned in perfect, unused condition with all the original tags still attached and hygiene stickers. We try our very best for refunds to be processed within 7 days of receiving.
FAULTY GOODS
If you receive a product and find it is damaged or faulty when it is delivered to you or develops a fault, you may have one or more legal remedies available to you, depending on how quickly you make us aware of the problem. Where you believe a product was delivered damaged or faulty or has developed a fault, please inform us within 7 days of receiving the product, in writing, at info@alexandrasipa.com , giving your name, address and order number.
Where possible, we will either offer an exchange if there is a replacement available or offer to repair faulty items. When items deemed faulty cannot be repaired or the same item is not available, a full refund will be offered and we will arrange for the return of the faulty item at our own expense. We reserve the right to request photographic support for any claims of defective merchandise. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
ACCEPTABLE USE
Please note that we only provide our website for domestic and private use. You agree not to use our website for any commercial or business purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
You must not use this website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.
